1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, visiting our website, or engaging with RAYAL EVENTS in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Offered

RAYAL EVENTS provides the following services:

• Catering Services: Food preparation and service for events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other celebrations
• Decoration Services: Event decoration and setup for various occasions
• Stalls & Activities: Entertainment stalls and activity arrangements
• A to Z Event Management: Complete event planning and coordination

3. Booking & Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment
• Event details must be provided accurately at the time of booking

3.2 Advance Payment

• A minimum advance payment of 30-50% is required to confirm bookings
• Advance payments are non-refundable except in cases of service cancellation by RAYAL EVENTS
• Full payment must be completed 7 days before the event date

3.3 Booking Modifications

• Changes to event date, guest count, or menu must be communicated at least 7 days in advance
• Significant changes may incur additional charges
• Last-minute changes (within 48 hours) may not be accommodated

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• 30+ days before event: 50% refund of advance payment
• 15-29 days before event: 25% refund of advance payment
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• Force majeure events: Case-by-case evaluation

4.2 Cancellation by RAYAL EVENTS

In rare cases where we must cancel (e.g., unforeseen circumstances), you will receive:

• Full refund of all payments made
• Assistance in finding alternative service providers (if possible)

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Prices are subject to change based on menu selection, guest count, and event requirements
• Final pricing will be confirmed in the booking agreement
• Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the final bill

5.2 Payment Methods

• Bank transfer / UPI
• Online payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe)
• Cash (for advance payments only)
• Cheque (subject to clearance)

5.3 Late Payments

Failure to complete payment 7 days before the event may result in booking cancellation without refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details (date, time, venue, guest count)
• Ensure venue access and necessary facilities (electricity, water, kitchen space if required)
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements
• Obtain necessary permits/permissions for the event venue
• Provide a safe working environment for our staff
• Respect our staff and treat them professionally

7. Our Responsibilities

RAYAL EVENTS commits to:

• Deliver services as per the agreed booking terms
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Arrive on time and complete setup before the event
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Address any issues or concerns promptly

8. Food Safety & Quality

• We follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols
• All ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers
• Food is prepared fresh on the day of the event or as per agreement
• We comply with local food safety regulations

9. Liability & Indemnification

9.1 Our Liability

RAYAL EVENTS is liable for:

• Delivering services as per the booking agreement
• Food safety and quality issues arising from our negligence
• Damage caused by our staff or equipment

9.2 Limitation of Liability

RAYAL EVENTS is NOT liable for:

• Venue-related issues (power outages, water supply, access restrictions)
• Third-party vendor failures (venue, DJ, photographer, etc.)
• Guest behavior or accidents at the event
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services booked.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by RAYAL EVENTS
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
• Event photos may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out

11. Reviews & Testimonials

• You may submit reviews and feedback on our website
• Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on actual experience
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or fraudulent reviews
• By submitting a review, you grant us permission to use it for marketing

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
